1. what happens to revenue record once the agri land is converted to residential or industrial
2.should we insist on 6(2) rather than 6(1) whenever there is a modification in land area
In revenue recored patwari make a note in jamabandi " Ger mumkin Aabadi " in case of conversion of land

Is there any draft format of declaration under 6(2) like we have 6(1) declartaion form for mortaging the land of the borrower.
ReplyDeletealso as you said that patawri makes a noting in revenue record as "ger mumkin aabadi" when land gets converted then is it right that the sarpanach will issue patta only and only after this amendement in the revenue record and must ask for the copy/ proof of this amendment before issuing patta.
Kaushikji kya 7 saal ke bach'e ke naam per Gram Panchayat mein Aabadi hetu Patta issue kiya ja sakta hey, Agar aisa Paata Sarpanch ki mili bhagat se issue ho gaya hey to kya karvayi ki ja sakti hey ?
